RealAgentOne and realagent1.com are provided by DarkHorse Corp ("we", "us").

This website

You may use this website to learn about RealAgentOne, book a demo and join the early-access list. Information on this website describes the service in general terms and may change. Features marked "Coming next" are in development and are not part of the service until they are released.

The service

Use of the RealAgentOne service is governed by the service agreement each customer e-signs at setup. If these terms and the service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

Fees

RealAgentOne is $50 per month per account, billed monthly by card or bank account (ACH), as set out in the service agreement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and for the messages you send through it, including following the laws and rules that apply to your marketing and your real estate business, such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, fair housing laws, your license requirements and your MLS's rules.

Third-party names

Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, RingCentral, Twilio, Google and other names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to identify those products, and RealAgentOne is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
