Closing checklists that keep the dates for you
Move a deal to Under contract and RealAgentOne builds the checklist: earnest money, inspection, financing deadline, final walkthrough, each due on the right day. Change the closing date and the open tasks move with it. Every morning at 7, each agent gets the deadlines due today and tomorrow.
This isn't available yet. Today you can run closings with tasks, documents, e-signature and the shared team calendar.

Per-seat CRMs charge for each person who logs in, so every new agent raises the bill. RealAgentOne is $50 a month for the account with unlimited agents. Try it with your own numbers.

Up and running without a setup project

When we open, we email you a secure setup link for payment (card or bank), the service agreement, your logo and colors, and your agents' names.
We set up your CRM
Your CRM goes live at yourteam.realagent1.com with your branding. Upload an export of your contacts on the setup form and we bring them in.
Your team signs in
Each agent gets their own login by email. You pay $50 a month for the account, on the same day each month.

What RealAgentOne doesn't do (yet)
We'd rather you hear it here than on a demo:
- No texting yet. Two-way texting through RingCentral or Twilio is coming next.
- No IDX listing search or agent websites. Leads from the website you already have can post straight in.
- No app-store app. It runs in your phone's browser, and Agent Mail installs on your home screen.

What does RealAgentOne cost?
$50 a month per account: unlimited agents, one flat price. There are no per-agent fees and no setup fee. You pay by card or bank account (ACH), month-to-month.
How many agents can I add?
As many as you need. The $50 plan includes unlimited agents, whether it's 1 or 30, and each person gets their own login.
What can I use today?
A leads pipeline, contacts with import and duplicate checks, email drip campaigns, birthday and holiday emails, built-in email and calendar with Google Calendar sync, team chat, tasks, notes, documents and e-signature, all under your own brand at yourteam.realagent1.com.
What does "Coming next" mean?
It marks features that are in development but not available yet, such as instant replies to portal leads, texting, deal boards with closing checklists, home anniversary emails and a daily call list. We don't publish dates we can't promise. Items move to "included" when they ship. See the roadmap.
Can I bring my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV or spreadsheet from your current CRM, upload it on the setup form, and we bring it in. Duplicate checks run on the way in.
Does it include IDX listings or a website?
No. RealAgentOne is a CRM. It doesn't include IDX listing search or agent websites. Leads from the website you already have can post straight into it.
Is there a contract?
It's month-to-month. At setup you e-sign a service agreement, and you can read it before you sign.
