Your sphere, without the spreadsheet
Bring your contacts over from a CSV export of your current CRM or a spreadsheet. Duplicate checks run on the way in. From then on every email, call note, task and document sits on the contact, so anyone on the team can pick up where the last conversation ended.
Add a birthday and RealAgentOne sends the birthday email on the day. Holiday emails go out on the major holidays, so your name shows up in the inbox without you writing a thing.
What moves over in an import
- Names, phone numbers and email addresses
- Addresses
- Notes from your old system
Columns vary by CRM. Book a demo and bring a sample export if you want to check yours first.

A call list that tells you why
Each night RealAgentOne will score your contacts with plain rules, not a black box: overdue for a touch by their grade, bought 5 to 7 years ago, a home anniversary or birthday in the next two weeks, a recent reply, past client or sphere. The 10 highest show on your dashboard, each with the reason.
Tap to call, log talked, voicemail or no answer, and they drop off today's list with their touch clock reset.

Questions about contacts
Can I import contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV or spreadsheet, upload it on the setup form, and we bring it in. Duplicate checks run on the way in.
Do birthday emails go out on their own?
Yes. Add a birthday to a contact and RealAgentOne sends a birthday email on the day. Holiday emails go out on major holidays.
How will the call list decide who to call?
With plain rules you can read, not AI: how overdue someone is for a touch based on their grade, whether they bought 5 to 7 years ago, an upcoming home anniversary or birthday, a recent reply, and whether they're a past client or sphere. The call list is coming next.
