This policy explains what information DarkHorse Corp, the provider of RealAgentOne ("we", "us"), collects through realagent1.com and the RealAgentOne service, and how we use it.

Information you give us on this website

When you book a demo or join the early-access list, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, team or brokerage name, team size, the states you work in, the CRM you use now, and any message. We use it to reply to you, schedule a demo, tell you when RealAgentOne opens and set up your account.

Information in your CRM

Your team's RealAgentOne CRM holds the contacts, notes, emails, documents and other records your team puts into it. That data belongs to your team. We process it only to provide, support, secure and back up the service, and as described in your service agreement.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment processor. It holds your card or bank details; we keep only a token that lets us charge your subscription.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website and the service, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They receive only what they need to do that work.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. [Update this section before adding analytics.]

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't sell the contacts in your CRM.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to what we must keep for legal and billing reasons. [Attorney: add state-specific rights language as needed.]
