Email without switching tabs
Agent Mail puts your inbox and calendar inside RealAgentOne, next to the contacts you're emailing. Your calendar syncs with Google Calendar, so appointments you add on your phone show up in RealAgentOne too.
Agent Mail also installs on your phone's home screen like an app, from a personal link that signs you in.

Texting, through the phone service you choose
Texting will run through one of two providers: your team's RingCentral account, if it can send texts, or a Twilio number. You pick in the setup wizard. Replies land on the contact's history and alert the owner. A reply of STOP adds the number to your opt-out list, and a text that fails to send goes out as an email instead.
US business texting requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) through the provider, which can take a few weeks. We'll publish any texting costs on the pricing page before texting launches.
